Påske
Festival
Easter in Norway is spent in the mountains: the påskefjell, the cabin, the skiing. Its foods are therefore portable and outdoor — KVIKK LUNSJ, the chocolate bar that is an Easter institution, oranges, the packed matpakke, and the Sunkist and chocolate combination eaten on a ski trip — alongside a lamb dinner, eggs, and påskekrim, the crime novels that are read at the same time and are somehow part of the tradition.
