The Silesian part of Czechia — Opava, Krnov, Bruntál, Hlučín, Karviná and the Ostrava basin: dumplings and sauces closer to Moravian cooking, coal and steel on the same seam as Upper Silesia, and the Hlučín region, which was Prussian until 1920 and cooks like it.
