Spicy Pork Ribs
These Spicy Sticky Pork Ribs are tender, fall-off-the-bone delicious and coated in a sweet, garlicky glaze with just the right amount of heat. They're oven-baked until perfectly tender, then broiled (or grilled) for a caramelized, finger-licking finish. Ingredients
- 2 racks pork baby back ribs about 4 pounds total
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
- 3/8 cup honey
- 2 3 tablespoons sriracha adjust to spice preference
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar optional
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Method
Prep the Ribs:

Preheat oven to 300ยฐF (150ยฐC). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels. Rub ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Wrap and Bake:

Place each rack of ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil and wrap tightly. Place on a large baking sheet and bake for 2ยฝ to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
Make the Glaze:

While the ribs are baking, combine all glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5โ8 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Glaze and Broil or Grill:

Remove ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap. Brush generously with the spicy sticky glaze.
Rest and Serve:

Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes, then slice between bones and serve with any remaining glaze or extra BBQ sauce on the side.
