The Livonians โ€” a Finnic people, not a Baltic one โ€” on the Kurzeme coast at the tip of Cape Kolka: fishing above all, smoked and salted fish, and sklandrausis, which is often attributed to them. โš  THE LANGUAGE HAS NO NATIVE SPEAKERS LEFT; what survives is documentation and revival, and no food tradition is invented for them here.
