Apple Pie Pull Apart Bread

Serves 8 · Prep 10 min · Cook 30 min

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ct can refrigerated Pillsbury Grand biscuits
  • 1 large red apple (cored and thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp apple pie spice (or ground cinnamon)
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 3/8 cup pecans
  • 3/8 cup caramel sauce

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a bread loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together melted butter, brown sugar and apple pie spice in a small bowl. Toss the apple slices in the mixture.
  3. Pull biscuits apart (you’ll end up with 16 biscuit rounds). Layer the biscuit rounds stacked horizontal in the bread pan.
  4. Tuck the apples between each biscuit and spread any remaining mixture across the top of the biscuits along with the chopped pecans.
  5. Bake in the oven, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are fully cooked through and the top of the loaf is golden brown. Drizzle the caramel sauce across the top.
  6. Serve warm, enjoy!
