A round sesame Sicilian loaf, marinated olive salad, mortadella, salami, ham and two cheeses, pressed. Assembled in a French Market Sicilian grocery in the early twentieth century. Filed under Sicilian New Orleans foodways, not under Creole generally — which is the point of having both rows.
