The largest western destination, with communities in Rome, Milan, Turin, Padua and Bologna, Orthodox parishes that hold the calendar, and shops importing brânză, smântână, zacuscă, cozonac and Moldovan wine. Italian ingredients are close enough that substitution is easy and the loss is correspondingly slow.
