Crockpot Homemade BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 18 oz bottle BBQ Sauce divided (used Sweet Baby Rays
- 1 lb Ground beef used 93/7
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup yellow onion diced
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Optional* chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Mix โ cup BBQ sauce and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl until combined.

Pour remaining BBQ sauce into the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.

Shape 18-24 meatballs and place into the bottom of the slow cooker.

Coverand cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2-3 hours until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160F.

Serve immediately or keep on warm until ready to serve, enjoy!
