23 June: a bonfire on the beach with a witch figure on it, a song, and food that is outdoor and seasonal — new potatoes, herring, grilled meat, strawberries, beer. ⚠ MIDSUMMER IS A MUCH BIGGER FOOD EVENT IN SWEDEN than in Denmark, and the two should not be described as the same festival.
