Spreewald Foodways

Bล‚ota

Agricultural region

A biosphere of a thousand watercourses: market gardens reached by punt, cucumbers above everything, horseradish, dill, onions, linseed oil, quark with flaxseed oil and potatoes, and fish from the channels. โš  SPREEWALD FOOD IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY SORBIAN. The region is German and Sorbian together, and its most famous product is an industrial one.
