About seventy per cent of Sweden is forest, mostly boreal pine and spruce, and it is a food source at household scale: chanterelles, ceps, funnel chanterelles and milk-caps; bilberries, lingonberries, cloudberries, raspberries and cranberries; moose, roe deer and capercaillie; birch sap; and the ALLEMANSRÄTTEN that makes the gathering lawful.
