Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 lb ground hamburger cooked and drained
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 4 medium potatoes diced about 1 pound
- 1 Large Onion diced
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 jalapeno finely diced, optional
- 12 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 6 slice Bacon cooked and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method

In a small cup, mix the chicken broth and flour together

Place the hamburger, garlic, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, butter, milk,cream, paprika, and jalapeno in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

Pour the chicken broth over the meat and stir.

Turn on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.

When the potatoes are tender, add the Velveeta cheese and allow to melt.

Stir in the sour cream and bacon. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with garlic bread or waffle fries.
