Five bodies of water with different fish in them: the NORTH SEA off western Jutland for cod, plaice, sandeel and industrial fisheries; the SKAGERRAK and KATTEGAT for shrimp, lobster and Norway lobster; the ØRESUND, where trawling has been banned since 1932, with an unusually healthy cod population as a result; the BALTIC for herring and sprat; and the LIMFJORD cutting right across northern Jutland, famous for oysters, mussels and eel.
