MENTON, a few kilometres away, was Monegasque until 1861 and is famous for its lemons — the connection is direct and is part of why citrus runs through this kitchen. VENTIMIGLIA and the Italian Riviera on one side, with its Friday market that half of Monaco shops at; NICE and the Comté de Nice on the other. ⚠ MONACO IS INSIDE THIS FOOD REGION AND IS NOT A PART OF EITHER COUNTRY IN IT.
