What is recorded
Carpathian and Pannonian Rusyn foodways are two branches of one peopleโs tradition in two different environments, not a centre and a periphery. The Pannonian kitchen is a plains kitchen and resembles its Vojvodina neighbours more than it resembles the Carpathian one.documented
